Once you are on the schedule the specialist will continue on as your project coordinator. Your project coordinator will be your primary contact to answer your questions and keep you updated on the schedule or any project concerns.
The warranties for the project, again, depend on what you are doing. Your renovation specialist will be able to give you the details of what warranties pertain to your project.
